We are a fast-growing organization specializing in event marketing, brand promotions, and community outreach campaigns. We are currently hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support live events, promotional activations, and customer engagement initiatives.

Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will support the execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach activities. You will work closely with event teams to ensure smooth operations and deliver a positive experience for attendees, clients, and partner brands.

This role provides hands-on exposure to event coordination, brand representation, customer engagement, and promotional marketing in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of live events and promotional activations
• Support on-site event operations and team coordination
• Engage with attendees to ensure a positive and professional customer experience
• Distribute promotional materials and campaign information
• Assist with event registration, guest check-in, and crowd flow management
• Maintain a welcoming, energetic, and professional event environment
• Represent client brands in a positive and engaging manner
• Provide general on-site support to ensure successful event execution
• Collaborate with team members to meet event goals, timelines, and performance targets

Training & Development

Requirements
