As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant, you'll support brand awareness initiatives, assist with community engagement campaigns, participate in live promotional events, and help create positive connections between clients and the public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support public relations and communications campaigns for clients and community initiatives
  • Represent client brands at live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs
  • Engage with customers, community members, and event attendees in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Build positive relationships with clients, community partners, and stakeholders
  • Assist with event planning, coordination, setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Promote brand awareness through face-to-face marketing and public engagement
  • Communicate campaign messaging clearly and effectively
  • Distribute promotional materials and educational resources
  • Collect customer feedback and event insights to improve future campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and event teams to successfully execute campaigns
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused presence at every event

Qualifications & Requirements

No previous experience is required—paid training is provided.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is a plus

Candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, event coordination, promotions, marketing, communications, public relations, fundraising, or brand ambassador roles are encouraged to apply.
