We’re seeking an Entry-Level Event Assistant who is energetic, outgoing, and passionate about helping others. This is a perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, nonprofit fundraising, and community engagement.
No experience required — paid training provided!
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing charity events and fundraising campaigns
Engage with attendees, donors, and community members in a friendly, professional manner
Share information about nonprofit partners and programs
Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, registration, and activity coordination
Maintain a positive, mission-focused atmosphere at every event
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting
Qualifications
Outgoing, personable, and confident engaging with the public
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Highly organized and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
Reliable, professional, and motivated to make an impact
Event or customer service experience is a bonus but not required
Passion for charity work, community involvement, and helping others
