No previous experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship to help you develop skills in customer service, event marketing, fundraising, communication, sales, and leadership.
What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll represent our company and nonprofit partners at live events, promotional campaigns, community outreach programs, and fundraising events.
Responsibilities include:
- Engage with attendees, donors, supporters, and community members
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Introduce the public to nonprofit campaigns and fundraising initiatives
- Answer questions and communicate campaign information
- Build positive relationships with customers and supporters
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site activities
- Support team members in reaching daily event and campaign goals
- Participate in paid training and professional development
