Position Overview

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will work alongside experienced event teams to help plan, coordinate, and execute live fundraising events, community outreach initiatives, and nonprofit marketing campaigns.

You will play a key role in raising awareness, engaging supporters, and promoting charitable missions within local communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of fundraising events and nonprofit campaigns
• Support day-to-day event operations and team coordination

• Distribute promotional materials, educational resources, and campaign information
• Assist with donor engagement, supporter outreach, and event registration activities
• Maintain organized, welcoming, and professional event environments
• Represent nonprofit partners and charitable organizations in a positive, professional manner

• Support community outreach and public engagement initiatives
• Assist with administrative and logistical event support as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to engage respectfully with diverse groups of people
