What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll represent our nonprofit partners at live events and promotional campaigns by:
- Providing exceptional customer service to event attendees, donors, and community members

- Educating attendees about nonprofit missions, fundraising campaigns, and charitable initiatives
- Answering questions with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
- Assisting with event setup, logistics, coordination, and breakdown
- Building positive relationships with supporters, community partners, and event participants
- Collaborating with teammates to achieve fundraising and event goals
