Donor Engagement Representative – Entry Level

As a Donor Engagement Representative, you'll connect with community members, educate supporters about nonprofit missions, and help create meaningful relationships between charitable organizations and the people they serve.
What You'll Do
- Represent nonprofit partners at community events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach initiatives
- Engage with donors, supporters, and community members in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate individuals about nonprofit missions, charitable programs, and community impact efforts
- Build positive relationships through meaningful conversations and personalized engagement
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about campaigns and initiatives
- Support donor acquisition and fundraising efforts through face-to-face outreach
- Assist with event preparation, setup, execution, and breakdown
- Collect supporter feedback and maintain accurate engagement records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals
- Represent nonprofit organizations with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
