Assistant Marketing Manager Trainee - Entry Level
We are hiring Assistant Marketing Manager Trainees for a growing Event Marketing and Promotional Advertising firm. Our team works directly with major clients to help increase brand awareness, engage customers, and execute successful promotional campaigns.
We're expanding our team and looking for motivated, energetic, and ambitious individuals who are ready to learn, develop professionally, and take on new challenges.
No previous marketing or management experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You'll Do
As an Assistant Marketing Manager Trainee, you'll receive hands-on training while supporting event marketing, promotional advertising, customer engagement, and community outreach campaigns.
Responsibilities may include:
Assist with the execution of event marketing and promotional campaigns
Represent clients and brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner
Engage directly with customers and members of the community
Provide information about featured products, services, programs, and campaigns
Assist with promotional events, community events, and marketing initiatives
Help create positive customer and brand experiences
Support customer acquisition and engagement activities
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
Learn campaign planning, marketing communication, and leadership techniques
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals
Take on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills
