We’re hiring motivated, friendly, and outgoing individuals for Entry Level Event Assistant positions!
No previous event, marketing, sales, or customer service experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the position and build valuable professional skills.

You’ll work with a team supporting live events, promotional campaigns, nonprofit programs, fundraising events, and community outreach activities.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with live events, promotional events, and community outreach
- Help with event setup, activities, and breakdown
- Greet and interact with customers and event attendees
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Share information about programs, services, and fundraising campaigns
- Represent clients and organizations professionally
- Work with team members to create a positive event experience
- Develop skills in communication, customer service, marketing, promotions, and event coordination
No Experience Required
You do not need previous event experience to apply.
Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, sales, fundraising, marketing, or events is a plus, but not required.
