We’re hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands through live events, community outreach, promotional campaigns, and face-to-face marketing.

What You’ll Do
- Represent nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands at live events and community activations
- Engage with customers, supporters, and community members through face-to-face marketing
- Support donor acquisition, lead generation, fundraising, and community outreach
- Communicate campaign and brand messaging professionally
- Work with a team to achieve outreach and sales goals
- Track basic campaign activity using CRM tools
- Participate in paid training and professional development
What We’re Looking For
- No previous sales or marketing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Interested in sales, marketing, events, fundraising, or community outreach
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, fundraising, events, or promotions is a plus, but not required.
