Position Overview

As a Retail Energy Program Representative, you will work inside retail store locations and partner sites to engage customers and educate them on energy-saving programs, utility discounts, rebates, and sustainability initiatives.

You will interact directly with shoppers, explain available incentives, and help customers understand how they can reduce energy costs while participating in energy efficiency programs.

This is a customer-facing role focused on education, engagement, and program enrollment support.
