Position Overview

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll engage directly with community members, represent client campaigns with professionalism, and help increase public awareness through positive, meaningful interactions.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Build positive relationships that strengthen brand awareness and public engagement.
• Create welcoming and memorable experiences during promotional campaigns and outreach activities.
• Support live marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
• Distribute promotional materials and provide accurate information to customers and supporters.
• Gather feedback to help improve campaign performance and customer experiences.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals.
• Participate in paid training focused on marketing, communication, customer engagement, leadership, and professional development.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic brand presence at all times.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Full-time availability.
• Reliable transportation for local promotional activities.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, marketing, volunteer work, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
