Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will represent our company and nonprofit partners at live events, brand activations, and community outreach programs. You’ll interact directly with the public, provide exceptional customer service, and help communicate campaign missions and fundraising goals.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in customer service, event marketing, fundraising, and promotions, with clear pathways into leadership and management roles.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with attendees, donors, and participants at live events and community programs
Deliver professional, friendly, and high-quality customer service at all times
Clearly communicate campaign messaging and fundraising information
Answer questions confidently and assist supporters throughout events
Support event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site operations
Build strong relationships with community members, donors, and nonprofit partners
