Customer Service Representative - Entry Level - Immediate Hire
We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement, community events, and grassroots outreach.
This is not a call center position—no cold calls and no scripts. You’ll have real conversations that inspire change and support communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community programs
- Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner
- Share messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community needs
- Educate individuals on organizational goals, impact, and ways to get involved
- Build relationships that foster long-term donor engagement and support
- Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution
- Uphold our values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism
Who We’re Looking For
No prior customer service or outreach experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship. You’re a great fit if you:
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
