Event Customer Service Representative - Entry Level - Immediate Start
We are hiring an enthusiastic and customer-driven Event Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic event marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our event team to represent our clients’ brands at local promotional and community events.
Our company is highly customer-focused, and our goal is to create engaging, memorable brand experiences at every event. As an Event Customer Service Representative, you will be the front-line connection between the brand and the consumer.
What You’ll Do
Represent the brand professionally at live events, promotions, and pop-ups
Engage customers, answer questions, and provide accurate product information
Conduct product demonstrations and distribute samples and promotional materials
Assist customers with sign-ups, registrations, and order forms
Provide general pricing information and package estimates
Track event attendance, customer feedback, and common questions
Collaborate with the event team to continuously improve customer experience

Experience in customer-facing, retail, hospitality, or event roles is a plus
