We are seeking a motivated Community Outreach & Fundraising Representative to support local charity programs and fundraising initiatives. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in community engagement, live event presentations, and donor relations.

Paid training is provided, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Share information about partnered nonprofit organizations and their programs with prospective supporters

• Maintain knowledge of program initiatives, impact statistics, and sponsorship opportunities

• Conduct presentations at community events and designated outreach locations

• Support fundraising goals and donor engagement initiatives

• Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and promotional activities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners

• Accurately track interactions and follow established outreach procedures

Qualifications

• Positive, professional, and outgoing demeanor

• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills

• Ability to build rapport with diverse audiences

• Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

• Self-motivated and coachable

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
