Fundraising Assistant – Entry-Level | Paid Training Provided
We are currently seeking a dedicated Fundraising Assistant to join our team and support nonprofit fundraising initiatives and community outreach campaigns. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in nonprofit organizations, public engagement, advocacy work, or event coordination.
No prior fundraising experience is required. Comprehensive, paid training is provided to ensure you feel confident and prepared from your first day.
Position Overview
As a Fundraising Assistant, you will play an important role in executing live fundraising events and outreach efforts. You’ll interact directly with community members, share information about nonprofit missions, and assist with event logistics that help drive awareness and donations.
This is a face-to-face, on-site role and is not remote.
Core Responsibilities
Support preparation, setup, and breakdown of fundraising event materials
Engage with community members in a professional and approachable manner
Clearly communicate nonprofit goals, programs, and campaign details
Assist with donation collection procedures following company guidelines
Distribute approved informational and promotional materials
Track basic campaign performance metrics and provide updates to leadership
Represent partner organizations positively and professionally
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth event execution
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with the public in face-to-face environments
Reliable transportation to attend local events
Ability to stand for extended periods during live events
