We are a growing charity event marketing and fundraising organization that partners with nonprofit causes, community groups, and local businesses to deliver engaging live events and outreach campaigns. Our focus is on increasing awareness, generating donations, and creating meaningful community connections through in-person fundraising and promotional events.

This entry-level charity event assistant role is ideal for energetic, people-oriented individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, nonprofit fundraising, and community outreach. Full training is provided.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of charity fundraising events

  • Engage with the public to educate supporters and promote nonprofit causes

  • Support on-site fundraising, donor engagement, and promotional activities

  • Build positive relationships with community members, donors, and partner organizations

  • Track event activity and assist with improving campaign performance

  • Work closely with a team to deliver successful, high-impact charity events


Qualifications:

  • Outgoing, energetic, and people-focused personality

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

  • Interest in nonprofit work, events, fundraising, or marketing

  • No prior experience required — paid training provided
