We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support the daily operations of our customer service and sales team. This entry-level position offers paid training and a clear path into a management role for high-performing candidates.
In this role, you will help improve the overall customer experience by developing and maintaining processes that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute programs that drive team performance and achieve company goals
Assist the customer service and sales team in meeting daily operational targets
Help train and onboard new team members to ensure success and consistency
Monitor and evaluate team performance for quality, accuracy, and timeliness
Handle and resolve escalated customer inquiries and service issues
Promote a customer-first culture that strengthens customer loyalty and retention
Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, processes, and service standards
Qualifications
1–3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proven ability to resolve conflicts and problem-solve effectively
Experience or willingness to cross-train and mentor team members
Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally and calmly
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
