Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and charitable campaigns at live events, community outreach initiatives, and fundraising activations.
• Engage with event attendees in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
• Educate supporters about fundraising campaigns, nonprofit missions, and community initiatives.
• Build meaningful relationships with donors, volunteers, and community members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating positive event experiences.
• Assist with event setup, execution, logistics, and breakdown.
• Help achieve fundraising and campaign goals through effective communication and engagement.
• Distribute promotional materials and increase awareness of nonprofit initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of supporter interactions and campaign results.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Represent clients and company partners with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• No previous experience required—paid training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
