What You’ll Do
As an Event Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting live events and promotional campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
Coordinate event logistics including vendors, equipment, and guest registration
Engage attendees and create positive brand experiences
Manage event signage, promotional displays, and marketing materials
Support administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and reporting
Represent partner brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner
Participate in post-event debriefs to improve campaign performance
