About the Role

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll support promotional events, marketing campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Working alongside experienced Account Managers and marketing professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, event marketing, and promotional strategy.

This position offers comprehensive paid training and a clearly defined path for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support live event marketing campaigns and promotional activities for nationally recognized clients.
• Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service.
• Engage with customers to promote products, services, and brand initiatives.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, marketing teams, and leadership to achieve campaign objectives.
• Apply marketing strategies and promotional techniques to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Build positive customer relationships while creating memorable event experiences.
• Provide accurate information and outstanding customer support during promotional events.
• Help monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Marketing, event promotions, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
