Key Responsibilities
Represent client programs at community events, outreach activities, and live activations
Serve as the primary point of contact for event attendees
Provide accurate information about services, programs, and initiatives
Respond to questions in a professional and courteous manner
Follow established procedures and event guidelines
Maintain organized documentation of interactions when required
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
Strong verbal communication skills; bilingual skills are a plus
