Charity Event Assistant – Entry Level

We are currently seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Charity Event Assistants. In this role, you will support nonprofit fundraising events, engage with community members, and represent charitable causes with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position includes paid training and mentorship, with clear opportunities for advancement into leadership and event management roles.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and executing charity events and fundraising campaigns
Communicate the mission, programs, and impact of nonprofit partners to the community
Conduct presentations at events, retail locations, or community outreach sites
Support donor engagement, sponsorship initiatives, and volunteer coordination
Collaborate with team members to implement promotional and outreach strategies
Maintain accurate records of event interactions and campaign progress
Represent the organization and nonprofit partners with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
Interest in fundraising, nonprofit marketing, event coordination, or community outreach
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Availability for full-time, in-person work
