About the Role
As an Event Assistant & Brand Ambassador, you’ll help represent brands, campaigns, and organizations at live events and promotional activities.
You’ll interact directly with customers and event attendees, provide information, support event operations, and help create positive and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent brands, campaigns, products, and partner organizations professionally.
- Welcome and engage with customers, attendees, and members of the community.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Communicate campaign, product, event, or promotional information clearly.
- Assist with event setup, execution, coordination, and breakdown.
- Support promotional campaigns, brand activations, and community outreach initiatives.
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and energetic event environment.
- Answer customer questions and provide helpful information.
- Assist with event materials, displays, supplies, and promotional resources.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, event, and customer service teams.
- Gather customer or attendee feedback when applicable.
- Follow company procedures, event guidelines, and safety requirements.
