As an Event & Promotions Assistant, you'll represent nationally recognized brands at live events, retail promotions, community activations, and experiential marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at live events, retail promotions, trade shows, and community outreach events
- Engage directly with customers to create positive and memorable brand experiences
- Educate attendees about products, services, promotions, and campaign initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service while answering questions and offering solutions
- Assist with event setup, merchandising, execution, and breakdown
- Support promotional marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Distribute promotional materials, product information, and marketing collateral
- Gather customer feedback and assist with event reporting and campaign tracking
- Collaborate with team members to achieve event goals and marketing objectives
- Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused presence at every event
Qualifications & Requirements

Ideal candidates have:
- No prior experience required — paid training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
