Event & Promotions Assistant – Entry Level

We are expanding our Events & Promotions team and hiring Entry-Level Event & Promotions Assistants to support live events, promotional campaigns, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
If you're outgoing, organized, motivated, and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, promotions, customer service, communications, and team leadership.
No previous event experience is required. We provide training and hands-on coaching to help you succeed and grow within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with live events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
- Help with event setup, displays, materials, and breakdown
- Engage with customers and event attendees
- Support promotional activities and customer outreach
- Help keep event materials and inventory organized
- Follow event schedules and daily instructions
- Work closely with team members and management
- Participate in team meetings and training
- Learn event marketing, promotions, customer engagement, and leadership skills
- Take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience

Qualifications
A degree or previous experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
