As a Retail Energy Savings Representative, you'll connect with customers in a retail environment to educate them about energy savings programs and available utility incentives. You'll help shoppers understand how they may be able to reduce their monthly energy costs while answering questions and matching them with programs that fit their needs.

Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Educate shoppers about available energy savings programs and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Answer customer questions and explain program benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
- Qualify interested customers and determine which energy program best fits their needs.
- Schedule follow-up appointments or connect qualified customers with the appropriate energy specialist.
- Maintain a positive attitude while contributing to a fun, team-oriented retail environment.
- Represent yourself and the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
