Retail Energy Associate Qualifications
No prior energy or sales experience is required. We’re looking for candidates who are:
- 18 years of age or older
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Positive, motivated, and eager to learn
- Reliable, professional, and coachable
- Strong communicators with good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Authorized to work in the United States
Experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is helpful but not required.
