About the Role
In this role, you will assist with planning, organizing, and executing events that engage communities and promote nonprofit initiatives. You’ll be on the front lines, interacting with attendees, supporting event logistics, and helping ensure every event runs smoothly. This position provides hands-on experience in event operations, audience engagement, and community-based marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, workshops, and community initiatives
Assist in managing event logistics, including registration, volunteer coordination, and attendee support
Engage directly with participants to share information about programs and initiatives
Track attendance and event participation metrics
Collaborate with team members to ensure events align with organizational goals
Contribute ideas to improve future events and engagement strategies
