Customer Service Representative – Community Events (Entry Level)
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support client programs at local events, community activations, and outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, engaging with the public, and creating positive experiences in a professional setting.
This is an entry-level position with paid training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Represent assigned client programs at community events and outreach activities
Serve as the primary point of contact for event attendees
Provide accurate information about services, programs, and initiatives
Respond to questions in a professional and courteous manner
Follow established procedures and event guidelines
Maintain organized documentation of interactions when required
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
Strong verbal communication skills (bilingual skills are a plus)
Comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
