What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll represent our company and nonprofit partners at live events, promotional campaigns, brand activations, and community outreach programs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Engaging with attendees, donors, supporters, and members of the community.
- Providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service.
- Introducing the public to nonprofit campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
- Answering questions and clearly communicating campaign information.
- Creating positive and memorable experiences for event participants.
- Supporting event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site activities.
- Building strong relationships with community members and supporters.
- Working closely with your team to help achieve event and campaign goals.
- Participating in paid training, coaching, and professional development.
