Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level
We are looking for an Event Promotions Assistant to join our growing team! This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, attending events, building relationships, and learning the fundamentals of marketing, promotions, and event coordination.
No previous experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and support to help you develop valuable professional skills.
What You'll Do
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will:
Represent our clients and promotional campaigns at events and community activities
Engage with customers and members of the public in a friendly, professional manner
Help coordinate and execute promotional events and campaigns
Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
Create a positive and engaging experience for attendees
Answer questions and provide information about products, services, or promotions
Work closely with team members to achieve event and campaign goals
Learn proven techniques in communication, marketing, customer engagement, and event promotion
Track basic event activity and provide feedback to the team
Travel locally to events and promotional locations as needed
