Event Assistant - Entry-Level | Immediate Hire
We are hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to join our growing team and support live events, promotional campaigns, community outreach programs, brand activations, event marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, first-time job seekers, and individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, marketing, communications, or customer service.
No previous event, marketing, or sales experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.
What You'll Do
- Assist with live events, promotional events, community outreach, and marketing activities
- Interact with customers, event attendees, and members of the community
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Help with event setup, registration, activities, demonstrations, and breakdown
- Represent brands and organizations at community and promotional events
- Share accurate information about products, services, programs, and promotions
- Support event marketing, direct marketing, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with event activities
- Help create a positive customer and attendee experience
- Work with team members to meet daily event and outreach goals
- Attend paid training, coaching, and professional development sessions
- Develop skills in event marketing, communication, customer service, sales, promotions, and leadership
