Retail Energy Representative - Entry-Level | Immediate Hire | Paid Training
We’re hiring friendly, motivated, and outgoing Entry-Level Retail Energy Savings Representatives to connect with customers in retail and community locations and provide information about energy efficiency programs, utility savings opportunities, incentives, and conservation initiatives.

No previous experience required — paid training and hands-on coaching are provided!
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers in retail and community locations
- Provide information about energy-saving programs and available incentives
- Answer customer questions and explain program options
- Help customers understand available resources and next steps
- Support community outreach and public awareness initiatives
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Record customer interest and inquiries when applicable
- Follow program guidelines and company procedures
- Work with your team to achieve outreach goals
