Event Assistant - Entry Level
We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help create unforgettable community events, promotional activations, and brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of live events, trade shows, and brand activations
Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, equipment setup, and attendee registration
Interact with guests to deliver exceptional experiences and reinforce the brand’s presence
Maintain signage, displays, and promotional materials for seamless event operations
Complete administrative duties such as tracking attendance, inputting data, and preparing post-event reports
Represent partner brands professionally with a polished and approachable demeanor
Contribute to post-event evaluations to optimize future events and marketing initiatives
