We’re hiring friendly, motivated, and outgoing Entry-Level Retail Energy Savings Representatives to help customers learn about energy efficiency programs, utility savings opportunities, incentives, and conservation initiatives.

What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in retail and community locations
- Explain available energy-saving programs and potential benefits
- Answer basic customer questions and provide program information
- Help customers understand available options and next steps
- Support community outreach and public awareness campaigns
- Record customer interest and inquiries when applicable
- Work with your team to achieve outreach goals
- Follow program guidelines and company procedures
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
