Event Promotions Assistant – Entry-Level
We are actively hiring Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistants to join our growing event marketing and brand promotions team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start a career in event marketing, experiential marketing, brand promotions, or event coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown for live promotions and brand activations
Support event logistics, including equipment setup, vendor coordination, and guest registration
Help execute brand activations by managing signage, displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
Engage with event attendees to create positive, memorable brand experiences
Complete post-event tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and reporting
Represent partner brands in a professional, energetic, and customer-focused manner
Share feedback and ideas to improve future marketing and promotional campaigns

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
