Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Engage with attendees, donors, and supporters at live events, fundraisers, and outreach programs

  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service and represent our brand positively

  • Communicate campaign messages, nonprofit missions, and fundraising objectives clearly

  • Answer questions confidently and provide accurate information

  • Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination

  • Build lasting relationships with community members and partner organizations

  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence at all times


Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who are:
