Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Engage with attendees, donors, and supporters at live events, fundraisers, and outreach programs
Deliver friendly, professional customer service and represent our brand positively
Communicate campaign messages, nonprofit missions, and fundraising objectives clearly
Answer questions confidently and provide accurate information
Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
