About the Role
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will represent our clients at live events, brand activations, and community outreach campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with the public and want to build a career in customer service, sales, or marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with attendees, donors, and participants at live events and promotions
• Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service
• Educate the public on campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and services
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and coordination
• Build strong relationships with community members and supporters

Qualifications
