What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Promotions Assistant, you will represent nonprofit organizations at live events, community campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Represent nonprofit clients at community events, fundraising campaigns, and promotional activations
- Engage with community members, supporters, and event attendees in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate the public about nonprofit missions, charitable programs, and community initiatives
- Create positive interactions that increase awareness and support for important causes
- Assist with event setup, coordination, execution, and breakdown
- Support promotional campaigns and fundraising initiatives
- Build relationships with donors, volunteers, and community members
- Provide excellent customer service while answering questions and sharing information
- Track supporter engagement and provide feedback to improve outreach efforts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and event goals
