Entry-Level Client Associate
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Client Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, client relationship management, and experiential campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior account managers and event coordinators in planning, organizing, and executing events
Serve as a client contact under supervision, helping manage communications and expectations
Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, vendor management, and onsite support
Support the creation of marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and databases
Attend events to assist with setup, registration, and client engagement
Help prepare post-event reports and follow-up communications with clients
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends for events
