Entry-Level Customer Service Representative – Paid Training & Immediate Start

We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our outreach and event team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, attending community events, and developing professional communication skills.
No previous customer service, fundraising, or nonprofit experience is required. Paid training is provided!
What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide friendly, professional support to event attendees, donors, supporters, and community members
- Answer questions and share information about nonprofit missions, charitable programs, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
- Create positive interactions and memorable experiences for event participants
- Assist with customer questions, feedback collection, and basic follow-up
- Support event teams with attendee engagement and on-site coordination
- Distribute informational and promotional materials
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused presence at community events
- Work closely with team members to help ensure successful fundraising and outreach events
- Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
- Participate in training designed to strengthen communication, customer service, and leadership skills
Qualifications
No previous experience required — paid training provided!
