Promotional Marketing Associate - Entry-Level
Due to rapid company growth, we are immediately hiring 3 Promotional Marketing Associates to help represent and elevate some of the nation’s most recognized brands. In this entry-level role, you will serve as the face of our clients’ brands—helping strengthen customer relationships, enhance brand visibility, and support impactful marketing campaigns.
This is a true entry-level opportunity, ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or individuals looking to break into marketing, public relations, and client relations.
No experience is required. We provide full training led by experienced industry professionals to help you build the skills needed to succeed and grow.
Position Overview
As a Promotional Marketing Associate, you will work directly with consumers and internal teams to deliver engaging brand experiences and support ongoing marketing and public relations initiatives.
You will help ensure that each client’s message is communicated clearly, consistently, and effectively while contributing to campaign success from setup through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with consumers to promote a positive and professional brand image
- Represent nationally recognized clients through in-person marketing and promotional campaigns
- Assist in the development and execution of public relations and marketing strategies
- Serve as a liaison between clients and consumers to communicate key brand messaging
- Support campaign setup, breakdown, and material coordination
- Handle promotional merchandise and ensure proper campaign organization
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and maintaining strong communication standards
- Contribute to improving brand awareness, engagement, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Strong communicators (verbal and written) with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented
- Able to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn marketing, communications, and public relations strategies
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Education or background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
