Event Promotions Assistant – Entry-Level
We are actively hiring energetic Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistants to join our fast-growing event marketing and brand promotions team. This is the perfect role for individuals looking to start a career in event marketing, experiential marketing, brand promotions, or event coordination.
No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and clear advancement paths into event management, marketing, and leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown for live promotions and brand activations
Support event logistics, including equipment setup, vendor coordination, and guest registration
Help execute brand activations by managing signage, displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
Engage with attendees to create positive, memorable brand experiences
Complete post-event tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and reporting
Represent partner brands with a professional, energetic, and customer-focused approach
Share feedback and ideas to help improve future marketing and promotional campaigns
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and able to multitask in fast-paced event environments
Positive, team-oriented, and reliable attitude
Interest in event coordination, marketing, promotions, or brand ambassador roles
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
